Got my braces here and at first everyone was friendly but when I got my braces removed everything went south. When I first got them removed I notice not all my teeth were straight was ensured once I got my retainer my teeth would adjust but of course they didn’t. Let Doctor Washington know I didn’t like how the ONE tooth I was insecure about was still not straight ended getting a different retainer to “fix the problem” but it still didn’t straighten out my teeth. We love Dr. Washington and the staff!!! They are fun, knowledgeable and gentle! My daughter and I are both patients there.
I was amazed how friendly the staff was and how comfortable my daughter was.. The music was fantastic 💕👍👏👏. Dr. Washington was very nice and explained everything very well. my daughter was very excited to get braces and have care by Dr Washington.. i would recommend this place to anyone.
