Bozzuto Management is a terrible company that hires incompetent, rude and lazy staff. I have been living at 1 Park Lane in the Boston Seaport for less than one year now and the amount of issues I have had here as a young working professional are unacceptable. I had major issues at ParkLine Miami. I had apartment modifications to your AC/Heating unit and vents that release toxic chemicals such as cyanide vapors. I reached out to Bozzuto's senior leadership team and have not had a response to this attempted murder.
Lease agreement information does not align at all with both advertisement and what we are being told by management. Management ceased to maintain friendly communications following a large deposit required to as part of the application process.
*UPDATE* 7/25/19 ON NEW MANAGEMENT @ ASPIRE APOLLO I'm not sure what is going on with this apartment complex. But it just seems like living here is becoming more & more inconvenient! One of the reasons I chose this apartment complex was because of the safety features & I liked the fact that they provided adequate amount of visitor parking.
