I had a very disappointing experience with Cherie M. Smith at Boyd & Associates while attempting to purchase a home she was representing. The property initially had squatters, who were removed by police after we made an offer. We then entered escrow and waited nearly two months while being told the sellers were completing repairs. Cherie Smith is probably one of the hardest working agents in the business. She was thorough and executed until we closed on our vineyard.
The worst experience. I was interested in a listing they had, sent all my required info, had a viewing scheduled, then it was delayed with no explanation. I had to find out the woman I had been working with was no longer an employee. Every time I called after, I was fed excuse after excuse as to why another employee of theirs was out of work, and that I would be getting a call to reschedule a viewing.
