I’ve never had such a hard time trying to book a hotel room. The website hasn’t been working. I tried back over two days still hasn’t been fixed. It just times out then sends me an email I need to finish my booking. When I click the link, it just repeats the same error. I called in to book a room via other phone number, I was on hold forever. It is a great hotel. The front desk agents are very friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is great. I would come back to stay here again.
Just stayed here for our all too short trip to Boston. We had a blast. It's a great location, 5 minute walk to TD Garden, and just a little longer to all the other things we wanted to see. Carlos at the front desk was awesome, super friendly, funny and very helpful with suggestions on places to eat and what to see. It was slightly pricey, but everything in Boston is, and it was different and had more personality that a regular run of the mill hotel. We definitely hope to go back and stay again!!
Stayed in a deluxe king room for the weekend. Hotel was in a great location and walkable to many restaurants/public transit. Bed was comfortable and the overall space was clean, but the lighting was a bit dim. If you just need an affordable and comfortable place to sleep, this is a good choice.
If Google would allow, I would score this 3.5 It's fine for a couple of days, but the 20$ a day amenity charge for free coffee (which is horrible unfortunately and only available in the morning) and 2 small bottles of water in your fridge (which they don't refill automatically, you have to ask) is quite absurd. The beds are okay but would not recommend for anybody taller than 1.90. Breakfast is okay. Location is great if you want to go to the TD Garden.
