3 years of living here and I love it. Rita and Jake are the best. They respond to repair requests submitted through the app so fast and are respectful of space and belongings. They keep hold of making sure everyone is happy, safe and taken care of. Everyone I've talked to that lives in other apartment complexes are always surprised by the way I share my experiences living at The Boxer Apartments. Don't hesitate to come check the place out if you're thinking of moving in.
Rita is always super helpful and responsive.
The move-in process was incredibly easy. The staff is very accommodating and helpful with actions such as coning off 2 parking spaces (very close to my apartment) facilitating an easy transition from storage boxes. Rita and Jacob are very nice and helpful. They always seem to be willing to answer questions and provide solutions without the standard curmudgeon approach. Thanks for everything you do!
Just a heads up. The units have a higher rent amount when students come to Pacific in the fall. At other times in the year it's cheaper. Additionally, they started charging for parking beyond 1 car per unit. It's an ok place to live, but imo there's much better in FG.
