The move-in process was incredibly easy. The staff is very accommodating and helpful with actions such as coning off 2 parking spaces (very close to my apartment) facilitating an easy transition from storage boxes. Rita and Jacob are very nice and helpful. They always seem to be willing to answer questions and provide solutions without the standard curmudgeon approach. Thanks for everything you do!
Just a heads up. The units have a higher rent amount when students come to Pacific in the fall. At other times in the year it's cheaper. Additionally, they started charging for parking beyond 1 car per unit. It's an ok place to live, but imo there's much better in FG.
Rita is the best property manager I've had in the 3+ years I've lived here!
The property management team is SO accommodating and helpful. They’re always there to listen to any concerns and follow up immediately. The community is so kind and there’s tons of wonderfully kept grass for pets or kids to play on as well as a playground. The apartments themselves were clean when I moved in and I was easily able to distinguish “flaws” in the contract upon initially signing my lease so you don’t become responsible when the time comes to move out.
