Took my mom to the Bowery dugout for mothers day tonight.. Everything was great until we got our salads... As I started eating mine , a LIVE WORM wiggled its way out from under the bed of lettuce. When I alerted staff the waiter was very apologetic and comped our drinks and apps because we were disguisted and were leaving. Then from what I'm assuming was the owner, stated they use organic salad and had worms on her broccoli as well, also that they would be switching back to "chemicals". Went with a party of 5 for dinner last night. Food and service (Beth) were great. Soft Shell crabs awesome. Will go back soon. Interior nicely updated.
This place is so great!!! It was a recommendation and We are so greatful! The service, food,& atmosphere are on point! Our waiter was excellent! We will be back for sure!!!!
Best seafood for miles around. Staff is great Service is great. Just can't beat it
30 years I have been enjoying the consistent Seafood ,Steaks ,stews ,Soups n Chili ,Sandwiches n Salads Burgers and Pasta dishes served up by Chef Bruce and his Crew !!!! As most people in The Hudson Valley Know 5 Stars is an understatement!!!! Cheers ⚓️⚓️
