I lived here for two years and what a place to live. A great location (especially for those who may not have a car), wonderful amenities, and the people there do so much to make you feel welcome and like you're home. I have so many great memories of living here and if ever come back to Savannah, this is where I'd choose this place again in a heartbeat.

I lived here for 3.5 years. The pros were that it is a very convenient location to downtown (a few blocks from Forsyth), and the building itself is safe with lots of scad students around. I came/went at all hours of the day and never had any problems. The gated parking also added a layer of safety - never had any issues with car break ins. The maintenance crew were great and would fix any problems usually within a few days.
