I had a very concerning experience with Ken and Jody Bowen (Re/Max Real Estate Group). Their company’s “For Lease” sign is displayed at the front of the property, yet essential information—such as the fact that the home does not have air conditioning—was never disclosed on the sign or directly communicated to me.
