Have jumped through leaps and bounds to pay my bill. They literally won’t take my money and the patient portal is a joke.
Scheduled my first appointment here a month out. Showed up and they told me it was canceled without any warning to me. No phone call no text awful communication!
Regarding social skills and household management skills— the college-aged children who worked here nitpicked, judged and criticized my every movement with parenting and running my household, even though I possessed far more experience than most of them and probably education too. During a time when encouragement, kind words and support were needed, all they could seem to do is tear myself, my children and my husband down. Terrible therapists. Terrible organization.
This place is outright disgusting, I've tried several of there "professionals" over the last month and none of them even pretend to care about the people, and have made me reschedule the same appointments over and over with no hope of getting in DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
