Trying to find and buy our first house before our first baby is born should have been tough in so many ways, but it wasn’t. Negotiating the price we needed should have been quite difficult, but it wasn’t. Closing on our house as fast as we needed to, so we could get started (and finished) with a renovation before the baby comes should have been hard, but it wasn’t. In selling my mother-in-law's home several months back, we interviewed several Realtors before going with Wes Bourke and the Bourke group. There really wasn't any competition.
