I LOVE this place! I can't believe I haven't found them on FB yet. I discovered them when I was up there for a film festival and was walking around looking for a place to quench my thirst. Well they delivered that and more. I keep going back! Amazing selection of whiskeys, and the presentation of them is incredible. Good food to nom with your whiskey, live music that gets you movin'. Finally got a chance to visit! Was such a nice place to get a drink, have an appetizer (or two) and be waited on by such a friendly staff! The food was yummy! We will be back:)
This place is amazing! Has such great food and beer. Also the people are amazing and very personable. Definitely recommend.
Met up with some friends who were also in town for Thanksgving. The place is awesome. Love the atmosphere and the music they were playing. Hope to pop in again in the future.
We had a mini high school reunion there last night and it was awesome. Thought we'd start there and bar hop, but we never left. Clearly the staff is dedicated to making it a cool, welcoming place. Loved everything about it. Thanks for putting up with us!

Thank you for hosting a going away party for about 30 of us last night! Everyone had a great time and for many it was their first time at The Bourbon Barrel. All the feedback I received was great!...the ambiance, drink selection, music, staff, and the amazing food! Kudos to the Chef! A great time was had by all. Thank you again for your hospitality! Great place for an intimate party with friends!
Its a new place....packed house ..standing room only.. With that being said the staff was great. The entertainment Tom Drinnion was exceptional!we will definitely go again.

Just what downtown Sonora needs. Upscale bar, amazing atmosphere, drinks and food were amazing. Can't wait to come back again.
