if I could give less than one star I would. My boyfriend ordered Valentine's Day flowers for me through 800-flowers and they sourced them through The Bouquet Inc in Lake Balboa - you wanna know when they were delivered? 2 DAYS AFTER VALENTINE'S DAY. the delivery person could only shake his head and say "the owner" - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. if they can screw up Valentine's they should not be in business!
Had no trouble ordering and had open dates for deliveries than other florist were offering. They were also very helpful and kind, the flowers were perfect.
