All my guest were offended because of how rude our hostess was!! My sons party was ruined yesterday and I definitely will take my money else where next time.. I thought I would post this review so others would be aware of the service here!
The people there was very nice.We had our granddaughter party there,the lady was very sweet and helpful.She made everything was right and in order.We will be good back.A friendly environment..
If you’ve got the money it’s great. They set up and take down. Wish kids were able to jump longer but it’s a pretty fun deal.ms Darlene is great with decorating cleaning up plus making sure the kids are served. Like I said it’s a little pricey and times a little short but other than that it’s great.

Took my son here other day he loved it played all day had a great time ladys were very nice.
We just left from having our son’s birthday party and we won’t be back! Our whole party was rushed. The hostess stood over my shoulder the whole time reminding me every 5 minutes exactly how much time was left. She tried to take control of the party once we were in the party room and made everyone uncomfortable. Many of my guests voiced their concerns and disapproval as they left. Don’t waste your money. Pay the extra and go to pump it up!

I have been to the Bounce Palace a few different times and very time has been fun, sweet, and very nice staff.
