After getting used to it my 15 month old loves it. Very reasonably priced and very accommodating staff!
We try to come as much as possible. My kids love it and they bounce all their energy out. The staff is super nice too.
First time there and was lots a fun my kids loved it we will be returning soon
We had a girl scout party there and my kids had a ton of fun. My daughter keeps asking to come back which we will do this summer during open bounce. Thanks so much!
I enjoyed pump it up much more because of the service and the fact that the air conditioning worked well. We were "greeted " quite sourly at the door by the hostess. In fact even the children were uncomfortable because of this, and my grandson wouldn't even open his presents because she was handing them to him. The whole thing was rushed and we were all made to feel unwelcome. I will say that the man at the front desk was jovial and pleasant.
I will definitely not recommend booking a party here!! Staff was rude and my sons entire party was rushed!! My hostess didn't listen to any of my concerns about my decorations she also made remarks about my son who is partially deaf which upset me!!! Very rude I will never book another party here I recommend taking your money to pump it up
