Do not live here unless you want to risk your car getting towed every night because there isn’t enough room in the garage for residents to park!! Meanwhile the whole bottom floor of the garage is left wide open for non existent “customers” of the businesses nearby. Have fun spending $300 on towing when you don’t have a place to park at night! Not to mention the roaches are so bad even on the 4th floor and the hallways are disgusting especially in building 1
I would HIGHLY advise against living at this property. Last night, after returning home late from work, I found that there were zero available parking spots for residents in the parking garage. On my way up to the top floor, I had no option but to park illegally. What made this even more frustrating was seeing multiple cars (at least five) illegally double-parked in spaces that could have otherwise accommodated residents. Amazing community! I love the team and the location.
The one thing I love about the Blvd is the attention to detail and the staff! They are the BEST! I would recommend ANYONE to live here
I visited a friend who lives here and I couldn’t believe what I saw. This place is disgusting. Roaches crawling and dead in the hallways, trash left sitting around, and it honestly looks like a frat party forgot to clean up. If this is what the property looks like on the outside, I can’t imagine what it’s like to live here day to day. Would not recommend.
