In the 4 years I’ve lived here the quality has consistently gone down while rent has consistently gone up. Worst management I have ever experienced in my life. No free and convenient parking (they have about a million “retail spaces” that sit empty 24 hours a day and they will not hesitate to tow if you ever deign to use one). This is not a luxury building, and it’s just getting trashier by the day. Everyone I know has fled this building in the past year and I can’t wait to follow.
The worst place to live.
Thought highly of this place until around the beginning of March. My girlfriend has had 3 packages go missing since then. We’re talking over $600 worth of merchandise showing as delivered but nowhere to be found. A huge inconvenience to try and get this stuff replaced. Maybe there’s some kind of problem in the package room or maybe some thieves. Highly unlikely to be the latter. Don’t think anyone is just targeting her packages.
I am a Project Manager and have been working on interior renovations at The Boulevard for about a year now and the entire staff have been helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Preston, the Maintenance Supervisor, is a Master of his craft and very helpful with anything I may need. The Boulevard is a wonderful community and I would recommend anyone looking to take up residence in Mt.Pleasant to check this place out.
