Building 6, Phase 2 of this rental complex is the newest building of this group. It’s very nicely done, the apartments are well appointed. But, most important, if there is any maintenance required, the response is quick and the service is efficiently provided. In the 6 years I’ve lived here I have enjoyed a very pleasant and quiet environment. Management is very attentive to residents needs and keeps a nice entertainment schedule
Me and my husband moved from out of state to Charleston and here is my thoughts. Love the area excellent location 5-6 minutes from the beach which was amazing and mount pleasant is a wonderful area. But that’s all I can say was good about this place gym was outrageous I mean everything was rusty and the equipment was always broken. Roaches were rough I mean it was pretty gross but that just might come with the area not sure.
