Great tour from Ethan. I’ve toured 5+ apartment complexes in the past week and Ethan was the most knowledgeable and comprehensive by far.
More like the boulevard of broken dreams. Bark park leaves little to be desired. No dog is living their best life in there, they are just doing their business and leaving with regret, much like the rest of us.

In the 4 years I’ve lived here the quality has consistently gone down while rent has consistently gone up. Worst management I have ever experienced in my life. No free and convenient parking (they have about a million “retail spaces” that sit empty 24 hours a day and they will not hesitate to tow if you ever deign to use one). This is not a luxury building, and it’s just getting trashier by the day. Everyone I know has fled this building in the past year and I can’t wait to follow.
