I just moved to the area, and I 1000 % agree with the other one star, very likely ZERO Stars review! First off, I have to say I've never had to write a review such as this for a hair stylist or salon ever. And I've had my haircut by professionals all over in Northern California where I'm from, INCLUDING LA TO SF. So I can tell you I do know what a quality haircut is versus a butchered one. I’ve been looking for the right hair stylist, for me, for a few years now, and Jennifer is it! “ no pressure “ She did a fantastic job styling my hair- Jennifer really listened to me and together I got the haircut I wanted & I have my follow up appointment set!
Don’t let the 5 stars fool you. Completely ruined my hair. Came in for a full color before the holidays. I showed her a photo of exactly what I wanted and she said that the color she chose shouldn’t pull any brassy tones and that it would look like the photo but it didn’t and after the service I kept saying that my hair is really brassy and orange that I don’t like it but the stylist kept saying that the only way to fix it would be to bleach it and that it was because of my pregnancy hormones that my hair pulled those brassy... read more
