They need to know how to network and find clients versus cold calling asking Charlestonians to sell their homes; they are as pesky as the solar panel salespeople. Completely unprofessional.
Sometimes you just aren't meant to sell. We had a disappointing experience but our realtor was very understanding.
This company is a joke. They can't be bothered to make sure they have correct information. I have been harassed with phone calls for the past four days about a property for sale in South Carolina. These realators are fools, they are giving out a CT phone number. The idiots got the area code wrong but have not fixed, and I have been getting at least 4 phone calls a day. Would you want to list a home for sale with this company who cant even get a phone number correct? Think long and hard about this company.
I've been to many ski resorts, but Steamboat is by far, the best experience of my life. 1st day, the slopes were packed and groo.ed, and day 2, we got about 13 inches of fresh powder. Visibility was tough, but not to the fault of the resort. Plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do with an adult group or with families. The lifts at the bottom were a bit long, but moved rather quickly. All ski staff and hospitality workers are excellent and friendly.
One of their agents was on the buyers side of a home I sold. Prior to closing and funds transfer of the home this agent gave the buyers the lockbox code. The buyers moved into the home. There was a problem with their closing paperwork and we were unable to complete the transaction for three more days. Meanwhile the buyers had taken occupancy despite not owning the home.
