So updating this, they will wrongfully try to evict you when you decide to get your things fixed. Had to tell them that the stove was giving off white smoke. Which is an electrical problem and had to get them at least 5 times to get a new one. Will try to wrongfully evict you if you decide to push them to fix anything on this property. The management doesn't help. Maintenance doesn't care and acts like you're stupid. The owners at Greystar don't care one bit about this property but wants to keep raising the rent. Be aware and diligent to this place! I have submitted an application and paid for the deposit for a 2 bed 1 bath around mid July. My application got approved of and I was playing the waiting game for them to send over a lease agreement. Haven't heard from them for weeks to find out a week ago that the specific apartment we applied for was listed on their website again which includes a different price and move in date. $250 is a lot of money for some people including myself. Very traumatizing experience and unbelievable thing happened July 12,2024 around 6:30pm at our apartment in AVANA at south station tukwila . BEWARE all residents , secure your pantry for your safety that no one can come in through it . A woman came out from our pantry at H building , when police came , they said no way that the woman entered our unit from the front door or from the vent in office room .
