Over priced and not that nice The apartments have a convenient location however the price tag comes along with it. Management does host events each month which is nice, but still does not add up to how much you pay. My biggest issues was with move in did not go smoothly, the office did not clearly communicate instructions. It took us longer because the complex is so hard to navigate. I thought the roaches were bad enough, but rats too?!I have been awoken from a sound sleep with 1 roach crawling on my face, another time crawling on my arm, and yet another one found crawling in my bed sheets. Terrible Property This property has nice amenity, but is terribly managed. Matt and Jasmine used to be great, however, management changed since Jan 2019 and everything went downhill. The new management started with terrible communications in the beginning, leaving residents confused. The auto payment had problems during the transition, but was later fixed. Save your money This place looks great from the outside, but is one of the most poorly ran apartments I have ever lived in. 1. They claim the building is secure, but it’s not. If you’re accessing the building from the first floor doors or lobby you need a key pass to get in. Whoever designed the building decided you don’t need a keypass to get onto the first floor from the garage.. which would be fine if you needed a keypass to get in the garage, but you don’t. Great place to live!! We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and the staff here is very welcoming and caring. The maintenance has been quick and they fix thing right. They do a wonderful job even with the snow removal.
Nice Apartment Complex, Poor Management Do not expect to get your security deposit back. I lived here for a year, and while the apartment and amenities are nice (albeit expensive) and Oakley is a great area for young professionals, I had issues with the staff being able to resolve several problems. Was told I should receive my security deposit within four weeks of moving out. Nice apartment, terrible staff. I was looking to move into these apartments because the apartments are nice and the amenities that are included in the apartment are great. However, the staff is terrible when it came to applying for an apartment. They told me I would hear back from them in a day or so and its been almost a month and no response. All they did was take my money twice for an application costing my $400 all together.
Awesome community, great location We have been living here since March of 2018. Just like living in any other apartment community, you will have some adjusting and growing pains. There will be issues that will arise once you move in. Any issues I have had were addresses immediately. JoDee and Molly have always been very responsive to any requests I had, and I truly feel like they care about me as a resident. I would suggest this community to anyone I know. AMAZING! From the very first contact, the managers have been so amazing and kind. I absolutely love them! Took care of me and my family right away. Apartment is beautiful!!!! THANK YOU for making this transition so perfect!
