Hi! I’m just posting so that no one makes the same mistake i did! Do not rent from the Boulevard!! They’re renting apartments calling them 2 bedroom but the second room does not have a door.
Lived here for over a year, elevator by my apartment was broken for over 3 months, garage door was broken multiple times, car got broken into inside the garage, my AC went out for over 3 months and they gave me moldy portable units and refused to cover the extra electric charges due to them, water heater was leaking, did a service request to fix the water heater and they said it was fine (I included a picture),it’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to email you back or call you wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
The onsite team is very kind and professional. Specifically, the maintenance staff does a great job - they are timely, efficient, and courteous. This is an older property in the neighborhood, but you can not find the same SF or design for the price point.
Andrew and George were so great about getting my maintenance requests handled right away when I moved in, thank you guys!
