Update: WOW! at 6:30am I put in a request for my Fridge, by 7:30am I had a phone call from Jesse in maintenance saying that he had a new fridge on the landing if I were available to let him switch them out. The quickness of the staff saved me more than $200 in groceries I purchased the day before. I continue to be amazed by this staff! Well done team Blvd! My husband and I were relaxing in our living room last night watching the sunset peacefully and it was so delightful. We feel safe and calm in this space. The management team is absolutely delightful. We were initially put off by the AI system. Not because it didn't work properly, it was excellent. We were worried that we wouldn't have human interaction and moving in from out of town that felt a little curious.
