Living here for the past few years has been nice and peaceful, up until recently with new upstairs neighbors, its been a nightmare ever since. They always love to drop heavy things plus stomp around on their floor, which is my ceiling, at all times of the day almost everyday. These impact noises can be very intense to the point where you can actually feel the vibrations and hear other things in the room rattle and it always startles me, even after the 150th time of hearing it. I really enjoyed living at The Boulevard for ~2 years, starting in 2020. I have many fond memories during COVID and university times that I'll never forget. Kind of far from OSU, but it was never a problem for me.
Facilities are kept clean and the grounds are maintained well. We’ve had great experiences with both maintenance and office staff who are kind, competent, and responsive
