We were working to get the lease signed. It was the first corporate lease the management had done, which I understand some of the delays. The bad part was the lack of communication. We lived at the Blvd for over 3 years. We absolutely loved it! Nina and Tim are the best!!! We only left because we bought a home. The complex is quiet, well maintained and the gym is awesome. They put a lot of work into community events, unfortunately we couldn’t attend many because of work but the thought was really nice. We would recommend to anyone looking for an elevated apartment living experience
