I've been living here 3 years now and have always had great communication with the office and staff! We were working to get the lease signed. It was the first corporate lease the management had done, which I understand some of the delays. The bad part was the lack of communication. She kept saying that she was so busy. I understand busy, but that is no reason for no reply to emails or phone calls where a message was left. I am housing coordinator for over 100 apartments.
