I had a wonderful experience touring The Boulevard! The manager was incredibly helpful and professional, taking the time to show me around and clearly explain everything. Although the floor plan I was hoping for isn’t available for my move-in timeline, I’ll definitely keep them on my list for the future. Overall, it was one of the best apartment-hunting experiences I’ve had.
I’ve had a very positive experience living here. It’s a great place to call home, and the management team does a wonderful job making sure everything is well maintained and taken care of.

I enjoyed living here. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves; they're all friendly, quiet and respectful. Maintenance does a good job keeping the grass and pool clean. If I had urgent issues (only a couple of times), maintenance addressed them quickly. If maintenance had too much on their plate, Mahnaz (the landlord) would come and fix the issues herself. Definitely would recommend! I have lived on property for about 5 years now. I really love that it’s a smaller complex and is very quiet! Prices are very affordable. Close to so many things including several colleges and other schools. Have rarely ever had any maintenance problems and when we did they got fixed quickly! Has a lovely little pool and grills providing the perfect community environment!
