I lived there for 3 years. At first was great, not many issues. The last 2 years, there was constant water shut off's. Not too long ago, there was a hole in the ground by the sidewalk area that was left in the open from workers digging - a lot of children played out there as was, nonetheless someone could have fallen in the hole during the evening when it was not visible.
