I had a great experience touring the property with Elizabeth. I had came from 45 mins away and due to bad weather I had gotten stuck in some bad traffic so I arrive 30 minutes after I was supposed to. Despite this Elizabeth was so friendly and helped me in finding the right apartments for me. On the other hand the manager Michelle was very unfriendly and rude toward Elizabeth which leads me to think the work environment is less than ideal. If you like mold growing in your bathroom this is the place for you! If you like being locked outside of your apartment even when the emergency line doesn't answer then this is the place for you! I don't recommend whatsoever. They are useless and don't help with anything. We've had a blown fuse for 3 months now and our part has never showed up so no outlet in the bathroom is just great. Can't even use the towel warmer.
Lydia and Elizabeth are always super helpful and friendly! Beautiful apartments and great location. Maintenance also does a great job keeping the area clean and addressing any maintenance questions I have within the same week.
