I would recommend this living area to family and friends it is a 5 + area to live it's clean safe for your pets. You are helped immediately when you arrive to the office and they show you around their polite and generous with any of questions that you do have. Meta Leverenz
I love living here the grounds are phenomenal! I cannot wait for spring and summer to enjoy the outdoor amenities. The staff are attentive to my needs when I send in maintenance requests.
The grass areas near the water fountain ponds are so pretty. It is a very calm property, and the first I have seen with an outdoor AND indoor pool
I had an amazing experience touring The Boulders at Katy Trail! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel right at home. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a great atmosphere. I can definitely see myself living here! Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a fantastic place to call home.
