If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t pick up the phone or answer any emails. The one email they did answer was to tell us they hadn’t updated any listings so they are all inaccurate. What’s the point.
If I could give a 0 Star Rating, I would. I have two points to bring to everyone's attention about this company. Number 1: They expect you to pay a Commission fee of 15% of the Annual Rent on TOP of 1st Month's Rent, PLUS Security Deposit, PLUS Broker Fee. For round numbers, please use $24K for annual rent ($2K per month), do the math, and let that settle in your mind just to get the keys.
