Ghosted me after changing appointment.
Frank was so unprofessional. In person he tries to play off as the nice chill guy but on the phone he’s rude. This agency gets a bad rep because of him. If you don’t believe me then look at Yelp as well. Do Not work with Frank Boulkis.
Terrible. No help at all! Don’t waste your time. Found another agent and she’s amazing.
Frank showed 2 apartments and called every other realtor in astoria an amateur because my student loans had plummeted my credit score and i was struggling to get approved. He told me that it meant I was educated and that it was a good thing. I applied to the apartment since he made it seem like I'd get approved. I then reached out to him 2 days later to see the status of my application and he didn't even have the decency to let me know that I hadn't been approved.
