Just tried to complete a self guided tour. The list of units to unlock and review was not updated. We were directed to two units that are occupied by current residents. However the app still worked to unlock their doors. As potential future residents we felt unsafe and did not even get to view a two bedroom unit as requested. The Bottling Plant has been a great place to live. It is well-run overall, and well-maintained by a good maintenance supervisor. The cleaning staff makes the public areas look spotless. Also, the building manager is excellent: she is friendly, responsive, gets things done, and plans social events that the residents really enjoy.
