The Bottling Plant has been a great place to live. It is well-run overall, and well-maintained by a good maintenance supervisor. The cleaning staff makes the public areas look spotless. Also, the building manager is excellent: she is friendly, responsive, gets things done, and plans social events that the residents really enjoy.
The Bottling Plant was the perfect landing spot for my husband, our two dogs, and me after a cross-country relocation for a new job. I have lived here for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. It’s a new building so it is quiet and very clean. Linda and Joe are so kind and quick to help with anything and everything I need. They always greet my dog happily with a treat and a pet, so she loves it here too. Having Rose Hill Manor as my backyard is the best part—being able to just go on a peaceful walk on that path when I get home from work makes my days so much better.
