I called from out of town and left a message requesting a delivery of flowers for a friend. Not only did they call me back promptly, take the order, and send what I requested, Elisa did it within 2 hours, while also trying to clear a backlog from being out sick! Five gold stars for a premier product and excellent customer service! My friend said the arrangement was beautiful.
