My scheduled time was set several weeks before. I planned my day around the appointment. They called an hour before and wanted to come earlier except that I was on my way out until the scheduled appointment. They said they could come early or would have to reschedule my appointment for later-which I had other plans for the rest of the day. Should have kept my scheduled time even though they wanted to come earlier. Very inconsiderate.
