Everything about Bank Lofts Apartments has exceeded my expectations. Teneka and Robin were incredibly friendly and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. They are both knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible, which made a big difference. I’ve never had such a simple and welcoming move-in experience. I have lived here for over a year. The elevators go down every week it seems one works then one breaks down. Typical for an older building BUT. As of this month the elevators that give you access to half the building have been down for well over a week and entering the second week. This is a direct violation to anyone with any type of physical immobility conditions. I used to be a leasing agent and I have NEVER seen something like this. Bank and Boston Lofts is without a doubt the most immoral, dangerous, and fraudulent apartment building community I have ever rented from. After being a resident with them for 4 years and never missing a rent payment or causing an issue, I was hit with over $2,000 in unexpected move-out fees that they do not disclose prior to your departure. The Emergency maintenance line doesn't respond. Maintenance does respond. Communication is poor. There has been multiple driers down for months. Elevators always have issues. Laundry room smells. I've had multiple leaks from the ceiling...one leak went on for months in my apartment. All the low ratings and reviews are VERY true.
