Everything about Bank Lofts Apartments has exceeded my expectations. Teneka and Robin were incredibly friendly and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. It looks like the leak under the sink was fixed But the hot water handle above the sink is loose and it causes the sink to leak drops from the spout . In addition to that, the faucet for the kitchen sink is completely loose. It seems like one of the metal rings from the inside that supports the faucet got oxidized and came off. It’s just sitting around the bottom of the metal flex hose. I will need to a second request for all of these to be fix
