This guy is a world class scammer. Stay away! He will take your money and run. He’s a thief with multiple “closed” companies because he keeps opening new ones when he’s exposed. Dylan Borland is a thief.
This is not a reputable company - if you want to do business with them, you should be extremely careful. We had a home go into foreclosure and they got involved, buying it from the bank to turn a quick profit, I estimate they doubled their money in 4 months time. The problem was they misrepresented what we needed to do to clean the place out to transfer to them at which point we were to be compensated. Dylan is great to work with! I’ve purchased 2 properties from Dylan and his team and everything was so easy. Great guy and trustworthy. He is all about his word and that means a lot. 5 stars all around! Highly recommend
