At 5:10pm on 10/16/2024 on N. Beale Rd in Linda, CA, one of their vehicles almost caused a 3 car pile up today by taking an exit and not yielding and it turns out he was not even paying attention, my husband honked at him and kept honking and he didn't stop. Very scary. He was an older gentleman and I hope he knows what he almost caused. He seemed like he didn't care that we were honking.
I will never use Dick or his staff again. Worst Experience.
Outstanding team, we have worked with them on the purchase of several properties. They have always provided honest advice without the pressure you can sometimes feel from realtors. We will continue to work with them.
I was interested in a home they had listed for rent and initially received responses from Andrew, he was very helpful and responsive. Eventually Richard began e-mailing me and I stated that I was extremely interested and wanted to apply as soon as possible, but I guess I was looking for a move in date too far beyond what he found acceptable and he just stopped answering me. Poor way to do business. I give two stars because Andrew was very helpful at first.
Dick and Melissa Boren provided us with excellent support and invaluable experience and advice. We are overwhelmingly pleased with the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Even though it took us an entire year to find the right place for us, Dick and Melissa were completely supportive, patient, and constructive with our every question. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation!
