This is one of the best experience I have had with online shopping. I bought boots from another company, they were not what I had ordered I sent an email asking to share the $60 postage. They did not answer. I then ordered my boots through thebootwarehouse they were here in half the time did not charge postage threw in bamboo socks so soft and new inner soles. This is an excellent service and I for one will be a loyal customer. Tammy

Tonight I went for dinner with a friend to the Taren point hotel, when I was leaving the venue the owner of the boot warehouse who was clearly very intoxicated randomly started raving on to me about how my boots are worn out! And how they are affecting my knees and hips, and also he says! You need to lose some weight! Your very rude, I'm disgusted!

I purchased a pair of boots from this shop and unfortunately they didn’t fit me right. They helped me so much in the returning and refunding process. The staff has excellent customer service and they’re as kind as it gets. If I ever need working boots I 100% will buy here. Thank you so much!
