I paid my rent on time every month. I never asked for any repairs. The first time I asked for something (pest control) .. which they don’t cover, btw.. she terminated my lease! I was told that she had kicked out the tenants before me so she could remodel the duplex and get more money. Do not rent from these people! They will kick you out for no reason!
