Fifteen months ago, an auto accident left me with a concussion but without four months of memories. Unrecorded business income and receipts. The folks at The Bookkeeping Company are the best bookkeepers I've ever had, but this last 15 months, their compassion and support has been completely unexpected. Reassuring me, suggesting options to recover the financial data they need to complete that year's bookkeeping so can file with the IRS. You can pay for bookkeeping, but you can't buy care like this.
Took me to collections for a $50.00 late payment. The payment was one month late. After late fees a $50.00 payment cost me $320.00 that had to be paid through a collection agency. I tried working with them, to get it resolved. I drove to their office with a $150.00 check, payment plus late fees. The would not accept my payment. They rather lose a customer and try to ruin their credit.
my company had a horrible experience here. nothing ever made sense, stuff was wrong all the time (i just spent 4 hours working with our new bookkeeper to correct a bunch of mistakes from 7 months ago). ugggg.
