Rigo the service & repairman is phenomenal! He’s very professional, kind, clean, and great at what he does! Highly recommend!
Leon and Rigo were great. They both communicate very well. While exemplifying professionalism they are very friendly and personable. My experience was more like a visit from friends than just a furniture delivery.
The store manager, Julie, was so gracious with us. We showed up shortly before closing and we did not feel pressured to leave at the stroke of closing. It took us a little while to make our selection, and our purchase of a lift chair. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer our many questions, and again, was admirably patient as we made our decision. Thank you!
Rigo and Leon delivered our new lift chair. They called prior to arriving and were very friendly. When they arrived they placed the chair where we needed and did a great job explaining how to use the chair and answered all of our questions. They went the extra mile to make sure we were set and ready before they left.
Great service, very helpful and friendly. More products then we thought would be there. My husband got a very comfortable pair of PowerStep Insoles and Vionic Slippers to help with his arch support. We were recommended by a podiatrist at the Veterans Clinic to this store. Glad we came here. Thank you for your help today!
