The store manager, Julie, was so gracious with us. We showed up shortly before closing and we did not feel pressured to leave at the stroke of closing. It took us a little while to make our selection, and our purchase of a lift chair. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer our many questions, and again, was admirably patient as we made our decision. Thank you!

Rigo and Leon delivered our new lift chair. They called prior to arriving and were very friendly. When they arrived they placed the chair where we needed and did a great job explaining how to use the chair and answered all of our questions. They went the extra mile to make sure we were set and ready before they left.

Great service, very helpful and friendly. More products then we thought would be there. My husband got a very comfortable pair of PowerStep Insoles and Vionic Slippers to help with his arch support. We were recommended by a podiatrist at the Veterans Clinic to this store. Glad we came here. Thank you for your help today!

I recently went to be measured for compression socks. I have mobility issues that sometimes make it difficult to use my walker. Well, they offered to come out to the car to measure my legs. Talk about customer service! They also have a good selection of medical equipment like walkers, wheel chairs, shoes, just about anything you would need to make your life more comfortable.

Thank you Julie for nothing . The Bone Store does not bill your insurance so they must just deal with people that has a lot of money.
