They are consistently polite and caring and I love all the Doctors.
I was told by Kimberly Schuller's team that it was the Bone & Joint Center's responsibility to clear all insurance coverage. Today I received a notice that I owe $1000 to Blue Cross Blue Shield because Kimberly Schuller is out of network. Scam artists and liars. Expect fraud.
I would not recommend going to The Bone and Joint Center especially the one in Clifton Park. I always arrive very early for my appointment. I’m told to go and wait in the room for the doctor to come in and it’s always been over half an hour. When he comes in there’s no explanation and no apology. I don’t mind waiting but when you come in and don’t even apologize that is not good service. Also He asks me questions as if he’s never seen me before. Not a very attentive place, nor is Dr.DiPreta. I received a few imaging methods for a cyst on a toe where I’ve I’ve been constantly moving Dr. to Dr. to not only diagnose the problem but also options to remove it. Aspiration was not successful at a previous office. Eventually I was referred to this place, excited I was going to get something done was met with a very unrealistic view.
