Professionalism and courteous care. This doctor took the time out to explain things to me and help me in every way possible to relieve my chronic pain issues until it's time for surgical intervention
I have been to the office before, but for a different doctor. Doctor Ortiz was very professional, amazing bedside manner. Seeing how I had one hip replaced already I knew mainly what he was gonna say very informative about the new robotic procedures. Left with a lot of information in a positive take looking forward! The nurses were super nice in and out quite quickly.
