Signed up for the monthly plan to receive specialized exercises each month by email. The charged me 2-3 times a month for several months. I didn't notice because my father was in hospice. So they overcharged me, but also the exercises were a joke, suitable only for someone who is very old and has limited mobility and fragility. It's a total ripoff. There might be other programs that deliver more, but from my experience it seems like they are taking advantage of people in a difficult time of their lives.
