In 2015 we opened a concessions concept in the Verizon Center which led us to opening an additional location at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA. I wanted to see what bbq there was in Manassas, so I went here. I got beef brisket, smoked turkey, potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw, the chili, banana pudding, and key lime pie. The brisket had a good bark and smoke line, some of the thinner sliced pieces at the bottom were moist, and fell apart, but a lot of it was not moist and thicker slices bordered on dry. Some of the best bbq in va right here!!!
For the price really sub-par. The food was decent about average for BBQ in a non-BBQ state. (As much as I'm no fan of Texas, I have to say it would be gas station quality in TX). But a brisket sandwich that came with 1 side and a drink was north of $20.
