We made reservations for 615 on the night of the Mötley Crüe concert. Did not get get seated until about 630. Hostess forgot we were even waiting to be seated. When we got seated we had to go find the hostess to figure out who our waitress was. About 640 she took our drink order and then proceeds to inform us that she cannot ring in food because the kitchen is backed up. So at 715 still not able to ring in food order. We left. Very disappointed.
We made reservations for a group of 5 for 5:30 last night so we could eat before a concert. Our service was the horrible. We waited an hour for our food and the server was inconsistent. He refilled all but one of our drinks once. He ran out of tea and told us he would be right back and never returned. We had to hunt him down for our tickets and then while we were paying him he tried to walk of without everyone's money. I had to get his attention so I could give him my money before he ran off.
