If you don’t order their whole tub of extra sauce for $5.50, your boil is DRY. Literally negative amounts of sauce. Definitely feels as though it’s to force customers to purchase the additional sauce.

Today my wife I ordered takeout over the phone at 5:20 PM, they told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived to pay at 5:54 PM, by that time my order should have been ready. The girl told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes and that they would send me a text message. I waited in my car, but no one texted me.
