Ricardo and Dmytro were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took the time to clearly explain my options, addressed all my concerns, and promptly followed up with a detailed quote that was not only flexible but also highly competitive. The big day unfolded exactly as promised, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I'm very glad I reached out to them and would gladly work with them again.
Forced us to pay all up front for 5 hours of labour based on a diagnosis that was deemed incorrect by the sub contractor. I truly believe this person does not know anything about radiators. Sub contractor areas at our house for 45 min and damaged our floors. Stay away!
Ricardo and Dmytro had a boiler installed for us this winter and I’d highly recommend them. Their quote was very competitive, they got the job done quickly during the busiest season and there were no issues along the way. I will use them exclusively going forward and will have the back in the spring for maintenance on our ductless A/C.
