Beware. They significantly overcharge for service calls - do not use this company! We called them to service two head units, they came out and fixed these, then inspected other 6 units, found no problems and yet we were charged $100 per unit plus $200 for the service call. The bill was $1100 for less than one hour's work. We were not informed of the charge per unit beforehand otherwise we would have said don’t inspect them. Their installation 2 years ago was excellent. Their service? Not so much.

Had a great experience with the Boiler Shoppe! I don’t know much (or anything) about heating systems, but Ricardo took the time to thoroughly explain all my options for replacing my old furnace, and made everything simple from the quote to installation. He and Dmytro were super helpful, professional, and they did an excellent job! Fingers crossed I never have to deal with a furnace issue again, but if I do, I'll definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend!!

Forced us to pay all up front for 5 hours of labour based on a diagnosis that was deemed incorrect by the sub contractor. I truly believe this person does not know anything about radiators. Sub contractor areas at our house for 45 min and damaged our floors. Stay away!
