Kelly and her team were very efficient. The house was marketed extremely well and we had an amazing amount of showings the first weekend. We also received 2 offers very quickly. Kelly was readily available with any questions we had during the process. The house was listed, sold and closed in 3 weeks!!!! I appreciate everything done by the Boehmer Team.
