Kristin Templeton patiently and eagerly helped us find search for and find our dream home. She met with us many times on short notice as homes were being snatched up so quickly. She developed a keen eye for what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the buying/offer process and what was even possible was important when putting in our offer. The Boehmer Team top to bottom were great to work with on the sale of our Mom's house. From the first meeting and explaining how the sale would occur, comparable properties to assist in setting a price on the house, assisting with our POA, and closing, their guidance took a lot of pressure and worry off of our family's mind and simplified this process. They even provided assistance / recommendations for an estate sale group to deal with the property in the house. Top notch real estate team.
