I had on and off shoulder/elbow pain for over two years, got introduced to Spencer from a buddy that I golf and skate with. Spencer and his treatment are awesome - felt like a new man after our first session. Very knowledgable about the body. Helped me understand why I'm hurting, and gave me effective strengthening & stretching exercises to do on my own. Been doing them for a while now and feel great! Thank you Spencer
I had my first visit with Spencer and it was great! As a chiropractor, I was amazed how he found "spots" and issues that I didn't know were even there! This is not a massage visit, but rather an effective way to restore proper motion to the joints and vitality to the body. Spencer is very talented, highly recommend!
Grace is awesome! She is very knowledgeable in her approach to body and gaining relief from joint pain! Would definitely recommend her and this business!
