I have been going to Body Works for about 4 or 5 months now. It has changed my life and body by leaps and bounds. I am able to do so much with my body. I am so much more flexible and stronger. I would recommend anyone that it will change your mind and body. I no longer use my crutches and wheelchair to get around. Body Works is so great. I will continue going there and reap even more benefits for my body. Louise is wonderful and will help you maximize your workouts.
