I recently had a sports massage with the Body Tech and the experience was extremely positive. The treatment I received was primarily upper body focused due to some discomfort and pain in my neck, shoulder and traps. After the massage, my range of motion had improved significantly and the pain and discomfort had virtually disappeared. I will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend the quality of treatment and services provided by the Body Tech.
I went in feeling tight and sore, especially in my muscles, and left feeling so much better. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed—professional, effective, and truly helpful. Highly recommend!
Fantastic sports massage, first one I've had so was a great experience. Explained the process as went along, was great to chat to and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Went through some stretch techniques at the end and was friendly and accommodating throughout. Will definitely go back in the future and would recommend to anyone considering a sports massage.
Great first session with TheBodyTech. Had issues for years with my neck and weeks with my leg. Both sorted after one session. Will be continuing with maintenance sessions for sure. Couldn’t recommend highly enough
