2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality When vehicle was dropped off I mentioned a vibration while idle and then accelerating. I told body shop that it could be a motor mount. When body work was done which I’m satisfied with, vibration was still there. The shop it was sent to said vibration was only when going 50-60 mph and was due to severely worn tires. I took to another body shop where they actually looked and found that there was damage to motor mount. Now I’m having to go through even more with insurance ... read more

The only thing I can complain about is I was hoping they would buff a couple small scratches out on the other side of my car. No big deal though I’m sure they forgot and we’re just very busy.
