This review is for the body shop branch at Oakville place mall . Hands down one of the greatest body shop branches ever! I am genuinely addicted to coming here, just to see the incredible staff. They are patient, professional, and always completely on top of their game. I highly recommend everyone visit this location. A big, special shout-out to the lovely manager who makes the whole environment so amazing and welcoming! Keep up the good work guys .
went to the oakville place location earlier today with my friend and she asked where the vitamin c products were. the employee laughed and said “everywhere” like that was supposed to be helpful. weird attitude for someone whose job is literally customer service funny how she suddenly knew how to help once her mom asked the exact same question right after us. didn’t realize basic service only applies if you look over 20. employee name was madina i think. maybe next time worry less about being smug and more about doing your jo... read more
I asked an employee where I could find products with vitamin C, and instead of helping me properly, she responded rudely by saying “everywhere.” If she thought my question was too vague, she could’ve simply asked a follow-up question instead of responding so disrespectfully. On top of that, I could hear her coworkers in the back laughing, which made the situation even more embarrassing and unprofessional.
