I really liked their refillable canisters but they dont do refills anymore. They also are selling their products in plastics that our recycling does not take so that just means so much waste going into the environment and garbage ! I liked this store for its environmentally friendly packaging and now its as commercialized as the next. Never coming back .
Location,staff, current manager and upper management are a complete and total joke. Nobody at this location knows anything about the products, making and sustaining their customers or loyality of customers that choose to still shop at this joke of a company. Nobody here gives a crap about anything or anyone at all. Staff here are always on their phones (not helping customers)and giving attitude and talking behind customers backs when they leave. I have purchased a refillable shower gel and i’ve been refilling my bottles for past few months. They don’t always have the same flavor in stock so I always switch the flavors which i don’t mind. Today i brought my clean bottle to Coquitlam center location for a refill and they didn’t offer the Shea flavor that i had last time and the girls working there refused to fill my bottle with a different flavor and told me I have to buy a whole new reusable bottle.
