I went to the body shop in Oshawa today at the Oshawa centre and I received exceptional service. I wish I would've got the ladies name that helped me. She went above and beyond and you could tell that she was very passionate about her job and very knowledgable I will definitely go back and I hope she's working. Thank you again whoever you are.
Keira was outside the Body Shop offering samples of a hand lotion and she was doing an excellent job and had a very positive attitude!
Your employee Sarah was very rude, my friend was using the tester cream with the stick and Sarah came up to us saying “ could you use the tester stick” she was using it by the way!! But she very rudely said that to us. were gonna buy stuff but were immediately turned off by her attitude i suggest she takes a course on how to treat customers cause we were bombarded with such a nasty attitude we will be taking our business elsewhere. The atmosphere and the staff are so kind & thoughtful, especially Kaylea! She has a very positive and enthusiastic attitude & she recommended this hair mask for me months ago and I’ve been using it ever since! Very refreshing to see staff with some passion!
