I had such a great experience. Sarah was amazing. She was friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me. She's a huge asset to The Body Shop and deserves many kudos. I will be back!
Great customer service, the lady I met was nice and offered me lots of samples. I was going to go for the almond milk sample and she recommended the vit E day cream amongst others and I love it.
Kaylee was so amazing!! She has such a warm personality I could buy anything she recommends!
Your employee Sarah was very rude, my friend was using the tester cream with the stick and Sarah came up to us saying “ could you use the tester stick” she was using it by the way!! But she very rudely said that to us. were gonna buy stuff but were immediately turned off by her attitude i suggested she takes a course on how to treat customers cause we were bombarded with such a nasty attitude we will be taking our business elsewhere. My wife and I went in yesterday to stock up on a few things (guys, Maca Root & Aloe shaving cream.... thank me later). Service at this location has ALWAYS been excellent, but the gentleman that helped us yesterday was VERY willing to help, super positive and friendly. I didn't get his name, but I believe it was Tea or Tay....
