My wife and I went in yesterday to stock up on a few things (guys, Maca Root & Aloe shaving cream.... thank me later). Service at this location has ALWAYS been excellent, but the gentleman that helped us yesterday was VERY willing to help, super positive and friendly. I didn't get his name, but I believe it was Tea or Tay....
I've been in the shop a few times and everytime I go the staff are always so helpful. Shannon has helped me a few times with products for my problematic skin. I was in today and she came thru for me again! Thank you! Love this shop
I went to your store (May 28 Tuesday 8:00 pm) that I want to use my “The Body Shop Gift Card”. The white lady staff doesn’t allow me to use it. Said your company did bankruptcy protection. Also my birthday coupon $10 she said I cannot use it also. Actually my gift card value is $25. That is real money of it. Now I really don’t know how to do? Means my gift card is garbage. Very disappointed!!!!!!
I contacted the company about a staff member at the oshawa location pointing out a physical disability on a customer and getting verbally IGNORANT. NO result. They are under the impression- that staff has a bad day and takes it out on a customer- it's ok. Pointing out a disability is never ok. I also asked if they had security cameras in the store because the staffs BEHAVIOR would have been recorded. That's fine - to each their own As sad as that is
